Major renovation 2500 sf
This 1920 home was remodeled, extended and restored, with the ultimate goal of creating a warm and inviting home for a young family.
The structure and bones of the home are in keeping with the year of construction. But for the inside we wanted to flood the space with as much natural light as possible, a white back drop being our one consistent element.

The kitchen and dining area are the heart of the home. There is a large wall to wall pantry hidden by large blackboard sliding doors.
Working on a tight budget, we uses recycled furnishings, materials fron local hardware / home stores all while investing in some key higher end furnishings and lighting.
Several openings were planned in accordance with lot orientation.
The master is made up of mostly flea market finds and homemade «DIY« projects.
The head board is on old door that was reupholstered with black velvet and a fresh coat of paint on vintage pieces bring them back to life !
